There are 3 different areas of consultancy:

• UAE medical Market analysis, financial and technical assessment of potential partners;
• Legal assessment of long term Partner Agreement
• Total Cost analysis, including taxes, of different business options in long term perspective

• Market analysis, financial and technical assessment of potential partners; proposal of shortlist and preliminary presentation of Mediray products to shortlisted companies.
• Legal assessment of long term Partner Agreement to secure Mediray position / business in UAE
• Total Cost analysis, including taxes, of different business options in long term perspective:
  • via distributor / partner;
  • set up Mediray UEA

Mediray Europe consider that all the projects can be awarded to one consultancy firm, but Mediray reserve rights to split it in case there is business reason.

Actco Group during the tender process met all criteria, including offer competitiveness cost and payment terms, additional professional support in UEA market, receiving the highest tender scoring 21/24.
